This project was a full renovation/restoration of an abandoned Portland Public Schools building into a commercial building that now includes offices, restaurant & bar, auditorium and roof top deck bar. Our work included more than ten tenant improvements in addition to the shell core restoration. The Stoner Electric Group provided full design build services with particular attention paid to maintaining the historic charm of the building, use of period correct light fixtures in many areas and fully concealing all wiring and cabling. All divisions of The Stoner Group were involved in this project.
