The Stoner Electric Group provided full design build services with installation of all electrical and fire alarm work on this unique project. We were brought on as a partner early on in the project, at the schematic design phase, and were a key player in ensuring that all of the clients objectives were met while staying within budget. Working with the end user, architect and general contractor, we provided lighting design and calculations as well as full electrical engineering, updating designs and budgets at each phase.

This project was a complete remodel of the 1st floor, mezzanine and 4th floor of an existing historical building in the White Stag Block of downtown Portland to create additional work space for a growing client. Located within one of the few buildings in the nation that is both on the National Historic Register and LEED-certified, this unique space brings together beautiful architecture and state-of-the-art technology. Just a few of the many challenges included concealing electrical and technology systems to maintain the charm and beauty of the existing space and extensive use of custom lighting and lighting controls. Types of areas included within this project included:

• Open work areas with pre-wired tables and sit/stand workstations
