This project was a renovation of an existing 154,000 square foot retail and office center, consisting of five buildings varying between one and three stories each. The Stoner Electric Group provided complete design build electrical and fire alarm services for the job, performing all work while the center was occupied. Pre-construction services included electrical design and photometric calculations with updated budgets at each phase of design. Our scope of work included site work with parking and landscape lighting, all new building lighting in all public spaces, new signage throughout and upgraded electrical to public plazas. With water features, a fireplace, performance stage and an area for outdoor movies the plazas are fully equipped with power and technology. The Stoner Electric Group completed all work on budget and on schedule with zero punch list items.
