This project was a design build tenant improvement within a beautiful historic building. With original rough cut timber structure and brick walls in abundance, a primary goal was to use proper lighting to highlight the architectural features and textures. Challenges included routing of wiring and cabling in a concealed manner and updating the space with modern day technologies while retaining the historical charm.
